What are Projection Projects?

Projection Projects are visual focal points that are designed to bring your event to life by adding motion and animation to your event design. This technique is commonly called projection mapping. It uses optical tricks to turn objects, often irregularly shaped, into a display surface for video projection. These objects may be small items such as cakes and tabletops, medium sized indoor structures or vehicles, or full theatrical stages and full sized buildings.

EVENT DESIGN

IMMERSE & ENGAGE

Projection design can help maintain your attendees interest during a presentation or wow them at a gathering. Design elements may be a small feature, a major focal point, or an  entire immersive environment.

We can handle all aspects of a project or collaborate with AV companies, event designers, or clients directly to create the perfect solution for you.

VIDEO DJ

GET THEM DANCING

A Video DJ plays and mixes music videos live. When this is combined with projection mapping, an incredible alternate entertainment experience occurs. Whether they are dancing or not, guests can enjoy the creative images that are displayed on structures and uniquely shaped screens.

These surfaces can also be used to display logos, photo montages, or video content that supports the theme of the event.

LIVE ENTERTAINMENT

ENTERTAIN THEM

Mixing projections with live entertainment creates a unique experience.

Projections can be used to enhance an existing band or act by connecting them with relevant imagery.

If you are looking for something more customized Projection Projects can create a show where performers interact magically with projections that tie into your theme.

Behind The Scenes

HOW IT WORKS

People are often curious how a projection mapping installation is set up. Watch this video and take a peek behind the scenes of a small projection mapping display. From time to time Nick Comis teaches a course on the basics of projection mapping, let us know if you are interested in attending a future class.
